Why are my order dates wrong?

We see this sometimes where the order's date is set to the day you joined up to Metorik, but the actual order date was earlier than that.

This tends to happen when an order's status is set to draft, which in WordPress is considered 'unpublished'. This can happen when you've got a custom order status, likely added by Order Status Manager, and it's been deleted at a later date.

To fix this, you can change the status of the incorrect orders to be a currently valid status, and then use the Force Update button on a single order's page:
