How do I cancel my Metorik trial?
When you start a Metorik trial, we don't ask for a credit card or payment. That's because we want you to be absolutely certain you want to use and pay for Metorik before you punch in your credit card details.
If you want to stop using Metorik, you can do one of the following 2 options:
- Do nothing and Metorik will automatically end your trial and clear any data it has for your store when the trial ends.
- Go to the company settings page here and delete any store(s) you have. You won't receive any 'trial ending soon' emails then and all your data will be cleared.
