Failed Metorik Payments

If for some reason your subscription renewal payment fails, which can happen from time to time as credit cards get cancelled and money is moved around, we won't immediately cut off your Metorik access.

We'll retry all credit cards we have on file for several days afterwards before cancelling the subscription. You can change the default credit card (and add/remove backup ones) at any time from your company billing settings.

From that page, you can also retry any recent failed invoices. If you have any recent ones, it should show them like so:

You can click View Invoice to view and pay it.

If that all fails and your subscription does get cancelled, you'll still have some time to log in and re-subscribe before the store and all its data is automatically deleted from Metorik's servers (nothing gets deleted from your store though).
