Using WooCommerce Subscriptions versions earlier than 3.1

If you're a WooCommerce store trying Metorik and can't see any subscriptions, this may be because you're running an older version of WooCommerce Subscriptions.

To check this, go to Plugins in your store and view the version you have. If it's earlier than 3.1, for example 3.0.0 or 2.9.0, then you'll need to contact us to request we use the older wc/v1 Subscriptions API. We do support this - so please just let us know and we can update it for you.

PS. You should consider updating WooCommerce Subscriptions to a higher version as older versions may have bugs.

If you're using WooCommerce Subscriptions 3.1.0 or higher, then this does not apply to you and it should work automatically using the latest WooCommerce API version.
