Shopify Sales Channel IDs and Names

When viewing a Shopify order in Metorik, we'll try to show the the sales channel ID's actual name. More on this and Metorik's sales channel reporting in this help doc.

There may be sales channels missing. If there are any you know of, please let us know the ID and name and we can add it to this list and in the app.
