Segment and Send Emails by Customer Engagement
With the Segmenting Tool you can filter by if customers
- Received or didn't received certain email(s)
- Opened or didn't open certain email(s)
- Clicked or didn't click through on certain email(s)
For segmenting you can do this from the Customers page.
For Received there is the one filter with two options, either is in (received) is not in (not received).
For Opened there are two filters.
For Clicked there are two filters.
You can also use these filters in Metorik Engage to trigger email automations and broadcasts by whether customers received certain emails and by customer interactions (opened, clicked).
