Team Member Role: Analyst
As an analyst, you have complete access to a store's data. You can access all reports, all data, and even export it all. You cannot change anything in the store though.
When you first login to Metorik, you'll find the dashboard, giving you an overview of the store's sales and recent events.
You can access all of the reports from the navigation, like the orders report and customers report.
From a page like the orders page, you can export data or set up a recurring export.
When looking at a single order or customer, you will not be able to update the status or order notes.
By default you have the ability to export data (eg. orders) from Metorik, but your store admin may not have given you this ability. If you don't see export buttons, that would be why.
