As an analyst, you have complete access to a store's data. You can access all reports, all data, and (if granted permission) can even export it all. You cannot change anything in the store.

When you first login to Metorik, you'll find the dashboard, giving you an overview of the store's sales and recent events.

Exporting Data as an Analyst

If you have been granted permission, you'll also be able to export data from Metorik to a CSV file. If your export button is slightly greyed out, you probably don't have sufficient priviledges to export. Contact your store admin to request permission. Metorik cannot change this for you.

When looking at a single order or customer, you will not be able to update the status or order notes.
