I can't verify my email and log in to Metorik
When you sign up for a Metorik user account, you're sometimes sent an email to verify that you own the email you've entered. We verify your email so we can be sure it's you when another Metorik user has invited your email to access their store and to prevent spam signups to Metorik.
If you entered the wrong email while signing up and didn't get the verification email, the easiest thing to do is just create a new account with the right email and leave the old one (it will automatically be deleted/cleared on our end).
The other option is to login with your WordPress.com account. If your account there has been verified, then we will not require you to re-verify it with Metorik.
Changing your email
When you change your email for your metorik account, you'll need to verify the new email before getting access to the site. Right after changing it, we'll log you out and then email you to verify it. If you changed it to an email you don't have access to, please contact us on the live chat to get help regaining account access.
