If I delete a product on my store, does it get deleted in Metorik?
The short answer is yes, the product will also be deleted on Metorik, so you'll no longer be able to see sales stats for the product (but sales for it would still count towards the overall reports, show up in the orders area, etc.). This isn't an ideal solution, as you will want to retain the historical data — as such, we recommend the following solutions:

Alternatively, you could hide it through other means like setting its visibility to be password-protected or private, like so:
Either way, the product will not be accessible in your store or visible to your customers but its data will still remain, and as such, you'll still have access to it in Metorik to view its past sales history.
For variations, you can hide them from your store by unchecking the enabled box in the variations section:
One method you can use - if you have access or the ability to edit the store's database directly - is to set products you want to delete to have a status of archive. This will keep them hidden from customers, stop them from being added to manual orders, while still keeping the sales history in Woo and Metorik.
Simply set your product to unavailable. To do this, select the product, click More actions > Make products unavailable:
