Cart Reports
There are several charts and KPIs available for you to report on carts.
Firstly, it's important to note a few things:
- Since WooCommerce does not track carts, we are only able to report on carts from when you started using Metorik (or after July 2018 when Metorik added cart tracking).
- We only report on carts that had a valid email or were made by a logged-in user.
- All reports look at carts started in the dates set at the top right of the report page.

Now let's look at each of the charts available to you.
Carts Started: Looks at carts started in the period:
Carts Abandoned: Looks at carts started in the period that were abandoned. A cart is considered abandoned when it hasn't been updated in 30-60 minutes. You can also see the abandonment rate (what % of carts are being abandoned)
Carts Placed: Carts that were started and then led to an order being made in the same session. You can also see the placed rate (what % of carts resulted in orders being placed in the same session).
Cars Recovered: Carts that were recovered through Metorik Engage automated recovery emails. You can also see the recovery rate (what % of abandoned carts were recovered).
You can also see all your most frequently added, abandoned, placed, and recovered products.
