How to stop a cart from receiving abandoned cart emails
You may find yourself in a situation where a customer has abandoned a cart on your store, but you want to stop Engage from sending an abandoned cart email to them. For example:
- The customer created a cart on your store, but then they purchased the item through a different sales channel.
- The customer created a cart on your store, but then another person from their business checked out with a different email address.
Don't sweat, deleting a cart to stop emails from sending is easy!
1. Head to your carts - https://app.metorik.com/carts.
2. Select on a cart by clicking the cart number in the left column:
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the individual cart, and in the bottom right corner, click the delete button:
4. That's it!
