Send shipment tracking emails for WooCommerce
Automatically send customers their shipment tracking details when an order is completed or shipped. Requires the WooCommerce Shipment Tracking plugin or Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce.
Start from a template
Go to Engage → Automations → New Automation → Create from a template and select the Order marked completed template.
Set the audience
By default, the template targets orders in the completed status. Adjust via the segmenting system if needed — for example, to only send for orders containing certain products, or to use a custom Shipped status.
Add shipment tracking data
Option 1 — Variables: Click the variables dropdown (or type {) and add {shipment_tracking_number}, {shipment_tracking_provider}, and/or {shipment_tracking_link}. Use {shipment_tracking_link} as the URL for a "Track Your Package" button.
Option 2 — Shipment Tracking Table: For multiple shipments per order, drag the Orders icon into the layout and change the table type to Shipment Tracking Table.
Activate
Choose whether to send to Current Audience (existing matching orders) or future orders only, then click Activate Automation. See Automation Activation.
