Airtable Integration
Metorik doesn't have a direct Airtable integration, but you can connect them using Zapier or CSV exports. Choose the option that fits your workflow.
Option 1: Connect via Zapier
Use Zapier to automatically sync Metorik data to Airtable. This works well for ongoing updates like new orders, customer profiles, or subscription changes.
Set up the Zapier integration
Follow the Zapier Integration guide to connect Metorik to Zapier. You'll need to create an API key with the Engage scope.
Create a Zap with Airtable
In Zapier, create a new Zap with Airtable as the action app. Use Metorik as the trigger or action step, then map fields like email, order data, or customer information to your Airtable base.
Option 2: Export to CSV and Import into Airtable
For one-time transfers or manual updates, export data from Metorik as a CSV and import it into Airtable.
Export data from Metorik
Go to any data page (Orders, Customers, Subscriptions, etc.), create a segment if needed, and click Export. See Exporting Data for detailed instructions.
Import into Airtable
In Airtable, create a new table or open an existing one, then import the CSV file. Map the columns to your Airtable fields.
Automate CSV Exports
If you want regular updates without Zapier, you can set up recurring exports in Metorik that email CSVs to an automation tool like Mailparser, which can then send data to Airtable. This approach is similar to the Google Sheets integration workflow.
For real-time sync and ongoing automation, Zapier is the recommended approach. For occasional data transfers or backups, CSV exports work well.
