Change how order numbers are displayed

If your order numbers in Metorik look different from your Shopify or WooCommerce store, you can change how they display from the store settings page.

Shopify stores

For Shopify stores, you can choose to display either the order number or the order name in Metorik. You can also add a custom order number prefix.

  1. Open your Store Settings.

  2. In the Orders section, open the Order primary field dropdown.

  3. Select Order number or Order name.

  4. Add or clear the Order number prefix field as needed.

WooCommerce stores

For WooCommerce stores, you can set a prefix that appears before each order number in Metorik.

  1. Open your Store Settings.

  2. In the Orders section, enter or update the Order number prefix field.

You can also customize how order statuses appear and which statuses are included in your reports and totals.
