Metorik Pricing & Billing
Joined before March 2025? If you started a trial or subscribed prior to 1st March 2025 and have not yet switched to the new plan, your number of stores is not a pricing factor and you won't be able to add Email Packs. Everything else below still applies.
Metorik has one plan that includes all features. Your monthly price is based on two factors:
Average monthly orders — calculated from the last 3 months of order volume
Number of connected stores — each plan level has a maximum store limit
One subscription can cover multiple stores, and you're billed based on the combined order volume of all stores in your company, grouped by platform.

How Multiple Stores Affect Your Bill
One subscription covers multiple stores. Your price is based on the combined order volume of all stores in your company, not per-store charges.
For example, if you have 3 stores with combined orders of 1,800/month, you'd pay $150/month (Level 3) — not three separate subscriptions.
Platform Grouping
Stores are grouped by platform:
All your WooCommerce stores share one subscription
All your Shopify stores share one subscription
A single company cannot mix WooCommerce and Shopify stores under one active subscription. If you've migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify and your WooCommerce store is archived (no new orders), contact support — we may be able to move it under your Shopify subscription.
Store Limits Per Plan
Each plan level has a maximum number of stores you can connect (shown in the table above). If you need more stores than your current level allows, you'll move to a higher level that supports your store count.
How Your Price Is Calculated
Step 1: Calculate Your Average Monthly Orders
Metorik looks at your orders from the last 3 months and calculates the average.
Example: If your last 3 months were 450, 480, and 510 orders, your average is 480 orders ((450 + 480 + 510) / 3). This becomes your estimated monthly orders for the next billing period.
Step 2: Factor In Connected Stores
Metorik also counts how many stores you have connected. The level you're on must support both your order volume and your number of stores.
Step 3: Automatic Level Assignment
You're automatically placed on the lowest level that meets your volume and store count. If your orders increase or decrease, or you add/remove stores, your price adjusts on the next billing cycle.

When Your Price Changes
Metorik emails the billing contact:
7 days before a potential price change
3 days before a potential price change
1 day before confirming the change

For Shopify stores, billing is handled through your Shopify account — you'll choose a primary billing store when subscribing, and that store cannot be deleted without ending the subscription.
