How do I cancel my Metorik trial or subscription?

Canceling your trial

When you start a Metorik trial, we don't ask for a credit card or payment upfront. That's because we want you to be absolutely certain you want to use and pay for Metorik before you commit to a paid plan.

If you want to stop using Metorik during your trial, you have two options:

  1. Do nothing — your trial will automatically end and Metorik will clear any data it has for your store when the trial expires.

  2. Delete your store(s) — go to the company settings page and delete any stores you have. You won't receive any "trial ending soon" emails and all your data will be cleared immediately.

Canceling your subscription

If you're on a paid Metorik plan and want to cancel, you can cancel from the company settings page:

  1. Go to company settings → subscription.

  2. Cancel your subscription from there.

Note: Only the account owner can cancel a subscription. If you're not the owner, you'll need to ask them to do this.

When you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after that.
